In a new company, to help the development of the IT Industry, Google started a program aimed to introduce fiber optics network in the whole US. The program was first announced by Google in February 2010. For a minimal cost, communities from all over the US were asked to sign for the service. It is aimed to provide Internet at speeds of up to 1 Gigabit per second, which will allow high-bandwidth applications such as real-time lessons, advanced medical services, cloud computing and such other facilities to the public through this research.
